Beach cake

I made this cake for my Mums retirement from spending 40 years as a nurse. She will now spend her time on the beach in Majorca during the Summer. It is a three tier cake lemon, chocolate and marble and it is covered in white chocolate and decorated with chocolate modelling paste.
