In community album: Square Wedding Cakes
My Bride asked me to create her wedding cake based off of the cake I created for last year's winter issue of Cake Central Magazine. She opted for a square cake. I hand cut and ruffled fondant rose petals for the second and bottom tier and layered those on one by one. I then covered the third tier in gray fondant that I brushed with highlighter dust. I made Fleur De Lis out of white chocolate that I brushed with pearl dust. The top tier I covered in white fondant and then placed a fondant band around the center with a silver chocolate fleur de lis in the center. Photo by Kevin Paul Photography
