This was my first disaster cake. The Wilton website said make 20 leaf feathers, so I did. After placing all of them in, I walked away and the heavy fondant feathers fell down and took the whole butt with it! I was able to salvage it with A LOT of icing and dowels to connect the front body and the behind. Then I used only 5 of the suggested 20. Maybe my leaves were too big. Who knows.
