Thank you all so much :) I did hand sculpt Minnie out of fondant with a bit of Tylose powder added to it. The bottom tier is an 8" and the top tier is a 6". The lid of the "gift box" is rice cereal treats. I used Americolor's electric pink, but very sparingly. There are so many wonderful Minnie Mouse cakes out there, so thank you sweetminis for the wonderful compliment!
