lol, I think a castle bouncer would be so cute!! It was actually pretty easy to make...stacked squares and covered paper towel halves iced to the cake for the "columns". I used a cake slice for the "step". It served 55 - 70 if I remember correctly.
Yes, suz I used dowels/cake boards for support as well as easier cutting. Since I had to travel 30 min. with it I also used a whole center dowel. I attended the party so I was able to give cutting instructions.
