Moonwalk/bouncer

Moonwalk/bouncer on Cake Central

This cake was huge! I can't remember if it was five or six layers of 10" squares, but it sure made an impression at the party!

Wow!! If I hadn't already told my daughter she's getting a castle cake for her bday, the bouncer would be great - a castle bouncer?? Fantastic job!!!

lol, I think a castle bouncer would be so cute!! It was actually pretty easy to make...stacked squares and covered paper towel halves iced to the cake for the "columns". I used a cake slice for the "step". It served 55 - 70 if I remember correctly.

Great cake! Did you have to use supports for the layers? My son is getting a wizzard/castle moon walk on his birthday and this would be a great idea.

Yes, suz I used dowels/cake boards for support as well as easier cutting. Since I had to travel 30 min. with it I also used a whole center dowel. I attended the party so I was able to give cutting instructions.
