Fast Cake!

Started this cake at 9am and delivered to the wedding by 3pm the same day. I had a death in my family and couldn't do her cake, returned the day before her wedding and the woman who was suppose to make her cake dropped it the night before and would not re-make it. The Bride called me, I called a friend to help and we did the best we could and got it there on time. the bottom is carrot, center chocolate and top is vanilla.
