Thank you!! Actually, I did virtually no carving. The body of the turkey was made with the Wilton Wonder Mold cake pan, cut in half with the two larger ends butted up against each other. For the legs, I carved small holes into the sides of the body & inserted cupcakes into the two holes (anchored with skewers). A popsicle stick was then inserted into the cupcakes. Then the whole thing was covered with buttercream. The wings are just buttercream. The dressing is cake crumbs.
