This was my first attempt at modeling with chocolate. I used instructions from Marian Franza in the Sept/Oct 2012 American Cake Decorating Magazine. Her instructions are for fondant but were easily adapted to chocolate. It was lots of fun and I really enjoyed working with the chocolate.
