This is a beautiful unique cake!!! Can you please share how you get the fondant so perfect?? I made a cake shaped like the small top cake and had alot of difficulty covering it. I had to cut off excess and it was very bumpy!
thanks all! the 17 was made with a JEM Tappit cutter.

This is gorgeous. How do you manage to keep your fondant strips so straight? Do you dry them a little before applying to cake?
