This is a beautiful cake! I love the Lambeth method but am just a hobby baker and can't afford Kathleen's classes. Would absolutely LOVE to take one, though. You did a great job!

I see that the class was definitely worth it for you - BEAUTIFUL CAKE! May I ask what those 4 peaks on the left top of the cake are called and what tip you used for them?
