Wedding cake for my son Jordan, and my new daughter-in-love Jordan. Yes they are both named Jordan, which is my Maiden name! The cake design was inspired by Jordi's Vera Wang bridal gown. The cake was 2 tiers of white chocolate cake with Passion fruit curd filling with white chocolate passion fruit swiss meringue buttercream.And 2 tiers of toasted almond cake with salted caramel buttercream. The bottom tier with the rosettes was a dummy tier.
