I was not happy with my flower placement (silk flowers/ribbon, buttercream icing) but I liked the over all look. The cake is lifted by a wood box w/a white table cloth and another lace table cloth over that. I turned the box about 1/4 of the way around to "twist" the cloth underneath. Worked great!

That is so pretty! i love the ribbons running diagonal on the cake and i think your flower placement was spot on. great job!

Yes it's a red picot ribbon. It's on all sides. I love working with ribbon on cake's!
