Falling Leaves

I made this cake for a 98th birthday celebration for my favorite adopted Grandma. Fall is her favorite time of year and she often talked about how much she loved to collect and press fall leaves because they were so colorful. White cake with Butter Cream icing and Butter cream fondant. The leaves are made from gumpaste and branches are piped chocolate butter cream. Cake was filled with cream cheese cake filling.
