When my sisters boyfriend turned 49, I gave him this one.
It was for give my own name to his gueasts.
They loved it. For their next party they will come to me.
But I had a rose made of flowerpaste on it, and that I will never do again. It started to melt. Toooooo bad.

You should not give up on the flowers IT IS BEAUTIFUL... Just make them a week in advance if you can so it will be harder and dry.

The flower is gorgeous, though! I thought it WAS REAL at first!!! Another trick is to not put the gumpaste things on the cakes until right before you serve them because the fat in the buttercream will affect them after awhile.
