If you want the daisies that you cut out to have smooth edges this is what to do. Put the rolled out fondant/gum paste on top of the UPSIDE DOWN cutter. Roll over this with your rolling pin. Use your fingers and go along the edges, from the middle to the outer edges. This will remove those fuzzy edges from the flower. All of the plastic cutters are like this, but the daisies are the worst! Good luck.
