Carrot cake that I made for a co-worker and dear friend who is leaving. He loves Grumpy and that's about how we all felt when he left. :( I decorated this with cream cheese frosting, making it hard for me to do a good job on Grumpy.....it kinda looks like an old witch to me! Oh well....he loved it and that's what's important! :) TFL!!
