Tiffany blue cake with sugar flowers for a bridal shower!

We can't take the credit for this design, the bride-to-be's sister ripped it out of a magazine and wanted us to make it exactly like it except to make the color more tiffany blue than seafoam green. We don't know the original cake artist to give the design credit.
