Converse Chuck Taylor Shoe

A replica of our nieces favourite pair of shoes, including her purple laces which she loves. I replaced the 'Chuck Taylor' words on the logo with 'Rosie Pie', her nickname. This is made up of three 12x6" chocolate mud-cakes sandwiched together with raspberry jam like Frankenstein's foot. Covered in ganache, then white chocolate fondant.
