Tiffany Box Cake with Black Louboutin Shoe, Diamond, Nike Sneakers, Picture Frame, Dog and Parrot

We incorporated a husband's request for his wife's surprise birthday cake: his wife and her 14 pageant girls, her babies (a dog and a parrot), high heel, purple Nike sneaker and a big diamond. Instead of making 15 women figurines which is what he had wanted, we decided to print an edible photo in the picture frame with her son, the parrot standing on top of it, with his pal doggie peeking in the Tiffany blue box, looking at the big fat diamond made out of sugar, edible black Louboutin heels and the purple Nike sneakers their mommy wears to go step classes.
