You are by far one of the best sculpters of cakes....The detail is Exceptional!! What type of cake do you use that allows to carve such detail without breaking off?

To carve details the cake just needs to be dense, we bake from scratch so we can controle that aspect of the cake. In cases like these it is better to use Ganache over buttercream. It holds up better. But whaterver you use, get a nice thin smooth crumb coat then chill it for 20-30 min and add a 2nd. Just make it smooth. Cover the cake in fondant when its fresh out of the frig to get crisp corners.

Very Nice, best use of highlight and low light airbrushing ive seen on a car, it really helps accentuate the lines and the sheen on the car. Very nice job
