Wilton Course 3 Package Cake
2 layer lemon cake with lemon curd filling. Covered in MMF. Bow made of Wilton fondant. This is the first cake I have covered in MMF. I love the stuff! I took it to class to cover my cake and eveyone tasted it and loved it too! I was pretty happy with my cake. However I didn't really like the color pink my bow came out and I don't like the wrinkles on the top of my cake. That darn guide we used to roll out on! I couldn't get the wrinkles out of mine!

Good job! For the guide, wet it down, throw in dryer for a couple of minutes then wrap around a papertowel tube! Wala no wrinkles.
