3Rd Wedding Cake
This was my 3rd attempt at a wedding cake. This time I used mmf fondant. There is alot of flowers due to ALL the mistakes. Luckily the couple were friends of mine and loved it.

I love the flowers, this is just gorgeous!
Oh no, I totally brought them individually. I bribed a friend of mine w/dd coffee and she brought them in her Durango and we put it together in the hall. She was my critic and helped me fix the frosting. I was a WRECK!!! The back is pretty beat up but who looks at the back?? Now I look back and it went ok. I totally thought I was going to have to freak out.
Funny you should say that about the back....mommymarilyn and I did a wedding cake this weekend with the idea that it would be up against the wall....who'll see that side. When we got to the reception location, the cake table was on a balcony....basically, all sides of the cake were displayed!
scary huh? I knew at the time of setup that it would be towards a wall. So that was a huge relief
