In album: cream-cheese
This was a cake that I made to test the cake and frosting recipe. It was yummy! I thought it looked a little boring just sitting there iced so I decided to practice my cornelli lace on the top. The icing was extrememly soft to work with.

nice cake mouse, just wondering what kind of icing that was for the decorations. it looks so shiny! Was it too hard to work with?

It was the same icing that I frosted the cake with. Yes, it was a little soft to work with, I had to put the bag in the fridge to firm up a bit, but the cake tasted oh soo good. The shinyness might be from my camera, not sure though.
