Simple birthday cake

I just made a small 6" cake for my son to nibble on. These are my frozen BC roses. I think they came out great! At least better than what I used to do.

What a beautiful cake! Did you use a paper towel for the imprint on the white icing?

Hi, stefs. It is easy. Just wait until your icing starts to crust and then lay a paper towel ,with whatever design on it, onto your cake and rub your hand over it.This will leave the design on the surface of your cake. Hope this helps!
