My second attempt at Dark Chocolate Hazelnut cupcakes. I took store bought vanilla frosting, dyed it minty green, and added a tiny amount of mint extract. It tasted like vanilla but left a cool mouthwashed feeling on the tongue. Not enough hazelnut flavor.
