I love this cake too. It's beautiful! I heard that piping flowers with MBC can be tricky and you have to keep it cold right? So then when the flowers sit out at room temp do they have a problem?

Kim411 it is Swiss Meringue Buttercream..a cooked sugar/egg white and then add butter icing..thanks for the great comments!
