Batman on Cake Central

One of my first pure sugarpaste figures. She loved it, I was greatly impressed with the 7yo girl who would so boldly request a Batman cake!

I can't remeber exactly, Nickied527, but I think I shaped the torso with grey sugarpaste then stacked it on top of the black shorts. I then added the grey arms. I shaped the legs and boots as one in grey sugarpaste then cut thin black sugarpaste to cover the boots. I stuck a toothpick in the torso to support the head. Then I cut thinly rolled black sugarpaste for the mask and cape and added it as one piece, I think. I think I added the ears last. The batman logo on his chest I painted on. Good luck with...

How did you make the Batman? I haven't worked woth fondant yet, but would love to do this for my 5 yr old's bday March 31st!
