hi ray75! it's not poured fondant, it's MMF :( i was back in manila again where it's incredibly humid. this is fondant that's profusely sweating actually. darn. but i'm glad it looks ok on the photo for you to love :)

thanks for the comments! a month after i made this cake i had to make another one for my dad's bday (i was still in manila, still vacationing!) and i kind of resigned the fate of the fondant to the humidity already. a friend who's a pro baker said the way it'll not sweat is to keep the cake in an air-conditioned room. (in my parents' house those would be the bedrooms where the parties are generally not held :) )
