That's a really cute idea! It came out beautifully. That fuzzy border looks cool and I love the white swirls you have going on. :)

great work! :D was it hard to get it all smooth like that? i was always afraid the gaps in between the cupcakes would be hard to cover up and even out. oh by the way, are those jewel things edible?

I filled in the bigger gaps I had with icing, but it was not hard. No the jewels are not edible. Do you or anyone else know where I might can get some that are edible.
