This is 19 cupcakes that I put together with 5oz solo cups,plastic plate and ruffle trim. Put each cupcake in cup then ice all with buttercream. air brush with pastel colors add sprinkles then add baby decor. Banner was made on my computer. Just pull each cupcake out to serve, no mess, no plates and no cutting.
