I think this cake is awesome. I love the color of the icing is there any luter added? How did you do the top border? Would you say is was like a round shell?

thanks, no luster dust...I airbrushed the purple lightly so you could still see some of the white. I used #12 tip and the same technique for piping shells for the border. The bottom border I added a #4 tip on top of the shell.

This is a very pretty cake.

I SO want to try painting like these edible images! I enjoyed doing the Monet' painting "The Dance" but this look is MUCH more my style!! Beautiful work displaying it!!
