So beautiful. And your scrollwork is lovely. Praying for the little one and his family. They're blessed to have a caring friend like you.

This is a beautiful cake. My GD's were both born premature & I know how stressful this can be. I hope all turns out well.

I'm sending good thoughts your way for your friend and baby. You've done a beautiful job on this cake!!! How did you do the top? It's just beatiful and it doesn't look like regular cornelli lace. I love it!!

Beautiful and elegant. Praying for him....how is he doing? I have 3 little girls, and I just cannot imagine what the parents are going through.

Cakey, I am not fond of string work as I do not have a steady hand, however this did not have to be even, so I filled in the area using a number 2 tip drawing a bunch of little sprial circles. How do you do cornelli lace? Thank you for thinking of my friend and her baby, he is still in the hospital. We are pretty worried!
