Mini Panetones
Here, in Brazil is very common to eat panetones in Christmas eve and morning. I made these mini panetones covered with white chocolate, decorated with snow men, christmas trees and litle gifts, made with sugar paste, and sugar imitating snow flakes. I sold many of them and gave others as gift.

Dear Friends Panetones are a kind of a soft sugar bread filled with crystallized fruits or litlle drops of chocolate, in this case the name is Chocotone. Panetones are originary from itali and was brought to Brazil in the begining of 20th century. Its very popular in Brazil and can be home made. I´ll try to find a good recepy and will post here.
