I got the Scooby cutter in a kit that Wilton makes for Scooby Doo cookies and Sugar Baby Frosting is a recipe I found in the Wilton discussion forum. Just search for Sugar Baby Frosting and it should come up. I love it for cookies, it dries hard on the top but it's still soft in middle and kids love the taste! Adults too!
