they are made of MMF...they dried for about a week and then i dusted them dry with luster dust

I make a vanilla cake and then i use vanilla cream as the base for the filling and i fold in strawberries and whip cream

yes, it should be kept inthe fridge...but one the MMF has dried for a week and it's hard, the moisture from the fridge doesn't make it soggy or shiny...i did an experiment beforehand to make sure, and the day of, it was fine
