Goodbye To Teacher
Flat cake specifically requested for a good bye party for a teacher. Covered in MMF with gel icing for lights and royal icing windows. All painting done with food colouring. The kids on the cake are students from the class - they went nuts when they saw themselves!

I made a royal icing circle, and when it was dry I just piped on the gel - too easy! Looking back, I don't know why I used the royal icing at all. It would have been much easier and nicer looking to do fondant windows... But thanks everyone!!

What are the wheels made of?
I used an 11"x 15" pan and just cut out the bottom - so the wheels are made of cake
