This is a 3 layer butter cake. Covered in brown buttercream icing. The waterfall is fondant with a coat of piping gel for the shine. The trees are sugar cones, and the rocks are jelly bean pebbles. I made this for my brothers grooms cake. Inspired by a photo of a cake I had seen somewhere.
