Olympic Torch Parade Cupcakes In A Ice Cream Cone

Olympic Torch Parade Cupcakes In A Ice Cream Cone on Cake Central

I made these for my son's preschool Olympic parade. I made them for all the 4 & 5 year olds. They gave me the supplies and I made them at home. I forget what magazine these were in, I already gave it back to the preschool. They were supposed to have fruit roll ups as part of the flames but I couldn't get it to stand up. So instead, I striped my bag red and orange & used yellow buttercream icing.

THANKS!! Well I couldn't find any cake boxes I thought would be stable enough so, LOL, I used a "used" pizza box. Since it was from our dinner pizza box, I lined the inside with tin foil. Then I cut the circles out and lined it with contact paper. I wish I could have found a new one to buy so I could keep it but I couldn't. Oh well, maybe next time.

Thanks. I have to remember to ask for an extra box and see what they say next time hubby picks up a pizza. I hadn't thought about trying to find a shallow rubbermaid box, that's an idea too.
