Inspired by mmichelew's Peek-a-Boo Baby cake. My 2 year old absolutely adores Elmo and I thought this would make a cute cake. She loved it. The box is 3 layer 8" square covered in fondant. The lid is made from a cake board cut and scored to take the shape of a lid, then covered in fondant. Elmo is made form a sports ball pan.

Elmo's Surprise

This is adorable. My grandaughter loves elmo too. She will be two in April and I am making her an elmo cake also. Wish I could make this one but don't think I am quit that talented lol.
