Rose Teapot

i uploaded this one already and tried to change it for another shot, but it disappeared! so enjoy a second time!. thanks to dianelm for help with ball pan. inspired by former cake artist jeanette mccall. rolled buttercream with mmf accents. thanks for looking....again.

many thanks all of you. this teapot was a real trial - it was the first time using the ball pan, so it was a learning experience every second of the way. i also am attempting to use rolled buttercream as much as possible, as i'm really not a fondant fan, and this brings it's own challenges.

yes, in that it gives you a smooth finish. but it's a little harder to work with because it tends to be a little softer. i usually remedy that by the addition of meringue and a little less corn syrup & butter/shortening mixture. and yes, in my opinion - it tastes much better.
