This was a rush job. Our guests for Thanksgiving had a little girl who was celabrating her birthday the same day. So here I was doing my horse cake for the 13-year olds birthday which was also Thanksgiving, this cake AND cooking Thanksgiving Dinner for 21 guests! WHEW! But don't be fooled, I loved every second of it and would do it all again if I had to. Maybe cook a few things ahead next time tho....LOL
