I absolutely love your top border. What tip did you use? Do you have a close up of that technique? I want to try it.
used tip 104 wide end up. swag then pushed in the icing 123 for the ruffle, swag push in quick 123 for ruffle just continue that pattern..
i'll have to try that border at work it's beautiful. Your handwriting is sooo beautiful too. Love the basket and the flowers its so pretty.
