Sue Bee and I did this cake inspired by a Wilton one in the fondant book. We've tried a few types of fondant, MMF included but are having trouble working with them. So far Wilton works best but dosen't taste good. Others taste good but crack and stretch on edges no matter what we do. Any suggestions PLEASE!!!!!

No suggestions on the fondant since I havent worked with it much.. but that cake is AWESOME! BEAUTIFUL!!!

I love using the mmf...it has worked well for me AND tastes good....a lot of people are using the FondX...I have not tried it but I hear its great to work with and tastes good. I think your cake looks awesome! I love the whole thing!!!

Love this cake! Very cute! I have used Satin Ice and Fondx and they are both wonderful! I have decided though that I prefer the FondX, better taste and it can be refrigerated. I highly recommend giving it a try!
