Chocolate Bow Cake
This is a cake I made recently for an 80th b-day. The bow is made of chocolate plastic (mix of melted choc. and corn syrup). :O)

Really easy. Melt 2 2/3 c. chocolate chips and then stir in 3/4 c. light corn syrup. Wrap and seal at room temp until firm. Works like fondant. I used melted chocolate bark for "glue". You should try it!
