This is a 10" round & also the wilton ball cake. 10" is Classic white cake with Bailys Chocolate Mousse filling and Mocha IMBC. The Ball is a Chocolate cake with coconut peacan filling and Mocha IMBC frosinting. I was inspired by Lisa's cake that I saw on this forum. Thanks Lisa!
This is EXACTLY what I want to do this month for my son's birthday. Did you just pipe the rim? Would you mind sending me instructions? Please? [email protected]
Thank you! The stars weren't too bad actually. I used IMBC so I had to put it in the frig. every few minutes so it could firm up which gave my had a rest.
My friend and I made a version of this cake and by the next day, the ball was beginning to sink. What can we do to prevent that from happening the next time? Thanks!
