Chocolate devils food with BC icing...just practicing roses...can't seem to find out what is stiff bc. Maybe next time will be better.

These roses look pretty good! Don't beat yourself up! I tell my students if the spatula stands upright in the center of the bowl of icing then it is stiff. Keep practicing, you'll get it!
