Valentine Heart
This is supposed to be a heart shaped cake, but it lost a lot of it's shape after adding all the roses. Next time I will drastically carve the cake into a heart shape rather than just using a heart shape pan.

I think the heart shape is still there. It's a beautiful cake, and I can't think of one person who wouldn't be thrilled to get it.
