My mother-in-law had a stroke last week that of course put her in the hospital and she complained the entire time that she felt like a pincushion. When she finally came home, this cake was a last minute idea to welcome her. Notice no pins in the cushion.

The cake looks great and I am sure she loved it! I am sorry for her rough time, I feel your familys pain. My grandpa had a stroke a few years back, it through us through a loop. Amazing people can make amazing comebacks!!! :wink:
