Here 's the link to the instructions on Wilton site, I basically followed it, but I used tip 101 instead of 59 and just tried to make flowers as small as I could. I put wax paper on the flower nail and piped flowers with BC, then let them dry for a day or two. Then after my cake was iced I pumped like a prolonged bump on it for more dimension and put my flowers on it in order I needed.
