Thanks everyone! donnadol, I work in New York City so I stopped in at New York Cake & Baking to poke around and I found a teapot cookie cutter there. They have a website so you may be able to order it from them. Then I just used a photo of Mrs. Potts to do the colors. The icing recipe and technique I got from this website from Antonia_74. She does a tutorial on how to do the royal icing that's very clear and straightforward. Now I just need lots and lots of practice! Good luck!
